Contact me by email or mail and briefly describe the charges against you and the circumstances of the arrest. Include a phone number of a family member or friend who you give permission to work with us.

After careful consideration of the law enforcement documents of the arrest circumstances, if I determine there was no police misconduct I will notify you immediately in writing.

On the other hand, if I determine there was police misconduct, I will notify the family in writing, and if the family wishes, assist in locating a reliable defense attorney who can begin the appeal process. I will, at the request of the family, work alongside with the family when dealing with the defense attorney.

My service is to provide the most accurate and pertinent answers available concerning all contact with a law enforcement agency (arresting officers and interviewers) in the quickest and most affordable manner possible.
